You'll work directly with the Director and Office Manager as our Lead Refrigeration Technician, helping shape our systems, mentoring apprentices, maintaining high technical standards, and playing a key role in the growth of the business.

About the Role

You'll enjoy a varied workload across residential air conditioning and refrigeration, including:

- Split system and ducted air conditioning installations
- Air conditioning servicing, maintenance and fault finding
- Residential refrigeration repairs
- Warranty work for leading manufacturers
- A healthy mix of service and installation work
- Mentoring apprentices and supporting other technicians
- Helping improve systems and technical standards as the business grows

What We're Looking For





We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of building something great.

You'll ideally have:

- Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience installing split and ducted systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship every time
- The desire to step into a leadership role and help others succeed

Leadership experience is an advantage—but not essential. If you've got the right attitude and ambition, we'll help you grow into the role.
