The Opportunity

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm.

Weely's Diner, our in-house restaurant at PWR, provides free, fresh meals twice a day to nearly 500 employees. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our team on a long-term basis.

Reporting to our Chef, you will play an important role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly through dishwashing, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with meal service, and supporting the wider kitchen team as needed.

This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and can be relied upon to show up every day ready to contribute.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience working in a commercial kitchen, hospitality, food production, or cleaning environment.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy service periods.
- Solid hygiene standards and attention to cleanliness.
- A reliable and punctual attendance record.
- The ability to work autonomously and show initiative.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A genuine interest in stable, long-term employment.
