Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef position based at Beach House Manly, NSW.

As Executive Chef,



you will lead the culinary vision of the venue, creating an exceptional dining experience that reflects our up-to-date Australian menu with Japanese influences. You will oversee all kitchen operations, inspire and mentor a talented brigade, and ensure every dish consistently exceeds guest expectations in quality, presentation, and flavour.

Key responsibilities include menu creation and seasonal development, supplier relationships, inventory management, food cost control, recruitment and staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and operational excellence.

Working closely with the owner and front-of-house leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing Beach House Manly as one of Sydney's premier dining destinations.
