The Role:

We're seeking a hands-on Transport Supervisor to lead operations at our Erskine Park site, working Monday to Friday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm. This role suits a confident leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving challenges, and is passionate about developing people and exceeding customer expectations.

You'll be joining a high-performing leadership team known for its energy, accountability, collaboration, and strong team culture. We're looking for a leader who can build credibility quickly, contribute positively to the team environment, and thrive in a fast-paced operational setting.This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys working alongside driven, charismatic peers, contributes positively to team success, and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.

This is a challenging leadership role that requires resilience, grit, and perseverance. With a recent integration underway and peak season approaching,



you'll play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence while leading teams through periods of high volume and change.

What you’ll do

- Adapt operational resources and priorities in response to fluctuating customer volumes and changing transport requirements
- Collaborate across all transport functions, supporting fellow supervisors and broader operational needs to ensure overall site success
- Lead and optimise daily fleet operations, maximising drivers, vehicles and equipment
- Ensure safety, compliance and fatigue management standards are consistently met
- Deliver outstanding customer service and meet operational and delivery targets
- Maintain and enforce all policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Provide a safe, productive working setting for all team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with key stakeholders
- Update KPIs and reporting as required
- Support the development and effective management of the company fleet

- Demonstrated resilience, determination, and the ability to perform under sustained operational pressure
- A highly adaptable leadership style, capable of responding to changing customer demands and business priorities
- Willingness to work collaboratively across multiple operational functions and support team objectives beyond your immediate area of responsibility
- Experience leading teams through periods of change, growth, integration, or peak-volume environments is highly regarded
- The ability to build strong working relationships within a high-performing leadership team and contribute to a positive team culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with route allocation and multi-drop delivery scheduling
- Transport industry experience and a solid understanding of compliance and safety requirements
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think on your feet
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced and high-pressure operational environments
- Strong customer and stakeholder relationship-building skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of delivering results
- Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Office
