Northfleet is seeking a hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead a small team at our Hazelmere/Perth workshop in Western Australia. The role focuses on safety, quality and efficient vehicle maintenance for our fleet of trucks, buses and cranes.
You will coordinate servicing, supervise technicians and apprentices, and work closely with operations to meet operational demands in a fast-paced setting. A Motor Vehicle Repairer’s Certificate and at least 5 years of leadership experience are preferred.
