Nanny position- care of 6 month old twins.
A family is seeking a caring, reliable and experienced nanny to provide attentive and engaging care for their six-month-old twins in their home.

Hours: 8.30am–5.30pm, two days per week. Ideally Tuesday and Wednesday, or Wednesday and Thursday.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing safe, nurturing and attentive care for both babies
- Following their daily routine, including feeding, naps, playtime and settling
- Preparing and feeding bottles, and introducing solids as directed
- Changing nappies and maintaining good hygiene practices
- Comforting, soothing and settling the babies as needed
- Planning age-appropriate developmental activities, including tummy time, reading, singing, sensory play and outdoor walks, weather permitting
- Monitoring developmental milestones and communicating any concerns to the parents
- Sterilising bottles, dummies and feeding equipment
- Washing, folding and putting away the babies’ laundry
- Keeping the nursery,



play areas and kitchen tidy after activities and meals
- Restocking baby essentials and advising the family when supplies are running low
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised environment
- Keeping a daily log of feeds, naps, nappy changes and notable events or milestones
- Communicating openly with the family about the twins’ routines and wellbeing

The ideal nanny will have previous infant-care experience, ideally with twins or multiple young children. They will be warm, patient, calm, reliable and trustworthy, with a current Working With Children Check and First Aid and CPR qualifications. A current driver’s licence and own vehicle are preferred but not essential.
The family is looking for someone who will become a trusted part of their household and provide a loving, stimulating and protected environment for the twins while the parents are at work.
