Australian Produce Partners Pty Ltd in NSW is seeking an experienced Banana / Avocado Ripener to own a ripening programme at Eastern Creek, from receipt of hard fruit through to dispatch of shelf-ready avocados that meet the highest specifications.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage ripening room schedules, controls and documentation, lead Assistant Ripeners, and champion food safety and WHS across the site.
