WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking people who genuinely care about making a difference and are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Highly Regarded Experience & Attributes

- Experience supporting people with high and complex disability support needs
- Be able to work across a range of shifts (Shift work required)
- Experience supporting participants with complex behavioural, mental health and disability-related support needs
- Experience providing high-intensity health supports (Diabetes)
- Experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies and working within Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- A proactive approach to supporting participants to access their community, build independence and engage in meaningful activities beyond the home
- Commitment to promoting choice, dignity, inclusion and cultural respect in every interaction
- Experience supporting participants to maintain connections with their culture,



faith, community and personal interests, including church attendance, cultural events, education, volunteering, sporting activities and recreational pursuits
- Strong communication, documentation and teamwork skills
- Current students or graduates in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Social Work or other Allied Health disciplines are encouraged to apply and will be highly regarded
- Experience driving participants within the community, including use of accessible vehicles
- Current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of Queensland Foundations of Child Safety Training, or willingness to complete as part of onboarding

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Current Driver's Licence
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including active nights and sleepovers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
