Are you an experienced Plant Operator/Labourer looking for a rewarding opportunity? Living Gems Developments Parkhurst Residential Construction Team are seeking a Plant Operator/Labourer to join the team.
We are looking for a telehandler operator, with a skid steer and excavator licence skilled in digging, moving and compacting earth, plus being able to muck in with the labouring, we are all a team here!
If you have any or all of these tickets and experience you will be ideal for this role! It is wide-ranging and as mentioned will include labouring work. Experience within construction, be proactive about tidying the site and asking for work once finished a task and also will be very health and safety aware.
Responsibilities and Requirements are one or all of the below as a Plant Operator/Labourer:
- All pre-starts on machinery
- Telehandler Licence (essential)
- Excavator Licence
- Skid Steer Licence
- Taking direction and proactive in understanding what is required for the role.
- Ensuring that the site is always clean and tidy
- Construction Industry Card (White Card)
- Previous experience as a construction labourer
- A real understanding and diligent about Site Safety
