As a Retail Team Leader at Ride Electric, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. With a focus on leadership, teamwork, and strategic planning, you will play a pivotal role in achieving operational excellence and ensuring the success of our retail store. Oversee store operations: sales, customer service, inventory, employee rosters

Drive sales & revenue, through promotions, merchandising & customer engagement

Meet set KPI’s, identify areas for improvement & implement corrective actions

Manage inventory levels & procurement processes

Support company initiatives to achieve business objectives

Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work, or Tuesday to Saturday
