About Wesley Home Care

We deliver in-home and community-based services to older Australians, supporting them to live independently and meaningfully. Our care is personalised, respectful, and holistic—addressing physical, social, and spiritual needs.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored assistance to clients in their homes and communities. Duties may include:

- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Transport and shopping
- Meal preparation
- Social support and companionship

About You

- We welcome both entry-level and experienced applicants. Ideal candidates will have:
- A caring, empathetic nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (desirable but not essential)
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- NSW Driver’s Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Second language skills (highly regarded)
