SOPA Serve is seeking a part-time outbound sales representative to join our team in Thornleigh, NSW.

This role involves contacting potential clients, introducing SOPA Serve’s services, and identifying businesses that may need assistance with construction payment claims, payment schedules, adjudication applications, debt recovery support, and related administrative services.

What You’ll Be Doing

Contacting prospective clients by telephone to introduce SOPA Serve’s services.

Identifying whether a business may require assistance with unpaid invoices, payment claims, payment schedules, adjudication applications, or related construction payment issues.

Explaining SOPA Serve’s process in a clear, qualified, and confident manner.

Booking qualified leads for the senior team to review and follow up.

Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, client details, and follow-up actions.

Working with the broader team to identify new opportunities in the construction, trade, subcontractor, and small business sectors.

Providing a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, call centre work, customer service, or lead generation.





Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Confidence speaking with builders, subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and business owners.

Persistence, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Good attention to detail when recording client information.

Ability to follow scripts, processes, and compliance requirements.

Experience using CRM systems or sales software is preferred but not essential.
