The Role
We are seeking an experienced Analytical Chemist to join our growing team. This hands‑on role focuses on routine and specialized testing using advanced analytical instrumentation. You will be responsible for sample preparation, instrument operation, data analysis, and general laboratory maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain LC-MS/MS and GC-MS systems.
- Perform complex sample preparation and extraction techniques.
- Analyse raw data and interpret chromatographic results accurately.
- Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and method issues.
- Maintain strict adherence to Quality Assurance (QA/QC) and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Document all processes and results clearly in the LIMS.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related science discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience operating Mass Spectrometry instruments.
- Strong background in analytical chemistry and chromatographic techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently within a small team.
