We are searching for an exceptional and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead the charge in our architecturally designed Brisbane boutique.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Create a client-centric culture by personally developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Chance to manage, grow and develop your own store with the support of the Store Manager.
- Assist in creating a positive, motivating environment through effective communication & exceptional people management.
- Ensure the team is always prepared and updated on SARAH & SEBASTIAN information, product knowledge, policies and procedure and roll out training where necessary.
- Opportunity to manage and run a client service - SOLDERED & EAR ALCHEMY.
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times, ensuring that the SARAH & SEBASTIAN visual displays & team behaviour is in accordance with company guidelines and brand ethos.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

- Minimum 3-5 years of Assistant Manager experience in premium or luxury retail is required.
- Ability to drive sales, a genuine love for building relationships & organisational skills that are second to none.
- Reliability, exceptional attention to detail, a natural leader who influences & inspires others around them.
- Proven track record of people management & team building




- Experience managing teams of 2-3 people is essential.
- Ability to work a Sunday to Thursday roster.
- Australian work authorisation is required at time of application.
