About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our team at the Port of Brisbane.

Working with heavy industrial and mining-related parts, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching customer orders safely and accurately.

You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep stock organised, maintain accurate records and ensure customer orders leave the warehouse on time.

What you’ll do

- Load and unload trucks using a forklift

- Receive, count and inspect incoming goods

- Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery paperwork

- Label and safely store products

- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch

- Complete shipping and transport documentation

- Coordinate collections with transport providers

- Assist with stocktakes and inventory control

- Enter receiving, dispatch and stock information into the warehouse system

- Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse

What you’ll bring

- A current Australian forklift licence

- Previous experience in a heavy-parts, industrial, mining, manufacturing or similar warehouse workplace

- Experience across receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control

- Confidence using computers and warehouse or inventory systems

- Good attention to detail when checking stock and documentation





- A reliable and safety-focused approach

- The ability to organise your workload and meet dispatch deadlines

- An understanding of Chain of Responsibility requirements, or willingness to complete the required training

Experience using Epicor or another ERP system and a warehousing or logistics qualification would be helpful but aren’t essential.
