ABOUT THE ROLE

An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to build on their administration skills, ideally someone who has one to two years' administration experience. This dynamic and wide-ranging role will have you exposed to many parts of the logistics and documentation process involved in exporting premium Australian beef to over 30 countries across the globe. The ideal candidate for this role will be detail oriented, highly organised, proactive, and looking to excel in their role as part of the Jack's Creek team. The role is for a contract of 12 months with a view to progress to permanent full-time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

- Creating, reviewing,



and collating shipping related documentation
- Reviewing and amending export certificates
- Liaising with carriers and freight forwarders - air, sea, and road
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring documentation meets AUS-MEAT audit regulations
- Comprehensive training will be provided all export documentation and logistics processes as no prior experience is required
