We're excited to be moving into a brand-new multidisciplinary clinic and gymnasium in Hervey Bay, where physiotherapists, podiatrists, exercise physiologists, and other allied health professionals will work together under one roof. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected physiotherapy team with a diverse and rewarding caseload. You will work across musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sporting, and chronic condition management, with the flexibility to further develop in areas that interest you most.

Your role will include:

- Delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatment for a broad range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
- Managing sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain presentations.
- Working with NDIS and aged-care clients across both clinic and community settings.
- Opportunities to develop skills in women's and men's health physiotherapy.
- Participating in occupational health services, including pre-employment assessments and workplace rehabilitation (full training provided).




- Designing and supervising gym-based rehabilitation and hydrotherapy programs.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary allied health team including podiatrists, exercise physiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contributing to a supportive and positive clinic culture focused on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with full AHPRA registration
- Passion for working in a team-based, multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply – structured mentorship and training will be provided.
- Experienced physiotherapists are welcome – opportunities to take on leadership, mentoring, and service development.
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
