We're currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. Whether you're passionate about restaurant service, busy bistro environments or delivering exceptional experiences at weddings and events, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service across a variety of outlets within The Beachcomber Hotel. No two shifts are the same as you may find yourself working in our restaurant, bistro, bars or supporting weddings, conferences and private functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on interacting with guests and takes pride in delivering genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food and beverage service across the restaurant, bistro, bars and Conference & Events spaces

Confidently carry three plates while providing professional table service

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Serve beverages, clear tables and maintain a clean, organised work area

Assist with the setup and pack down of dining and event spaces

Deliver friendly and professional customer service

Maintain high presentation, hygiene and service standards





Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless service across all areas of the venue

About You:

Previous Food & Beverage experience is essential

Confident carrying three plates (essential)

Current NSW RSA Certificate (essential)

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Professional presentation with a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail

Reliable and available to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Australian work rights required (students are welcome to apply)

Work across multiple food and beverage outlets in one of the Central Coast's premier hospitality venues

Gain experience across restaurant, bistro and Conference & Events operations
