Clinical Territory Manager- Medical Surgical

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Clinical Territory Manager to join our team in Queensland- based in Brisbane.

Core Responsibilities:

- _Responsible for achieving sales targets and support for specified healthcare territory by:




- providing clinical education and guidance to clinicians on the effective use and benefits of Solventum products.
- engaging with new and existing accounts to expand awareness and appropriate utilisation of solutions within the Negative Pressure/Wound Care pillar._
- Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives
- Identifies opportunities via gap analysis, using monthly sales report in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager
- Develops a deep knowledge of the solutions offered by Solventum Medical Surgical Division and how they can be applied in clinical settings
- Conduct professional and impactful business reviews to help customers understand current trends, deliver savings opportunities, identify key initiatives, and facilitate projects that drive value to the customer and Solventum
- Carries out duties independently with periodic supervision and assistance.

Key Criteria (Preferred):

- Bachelor’sdegree innursing(preferred), or science related field
- Sales experience within medical devices or consumables- preferred.
- Robust relationship skills
- Have flexibility and adaptability in approach to tasks.
- Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
- Experience in Operating theatres
- Experience and or knowledge of Acute Care Sector, Operating Theatres and/or Wound Care.
- This is a Brisbane based role but will require frequent day trips to other regions- for example Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay and Rockhampton
- Ability to travel periodically- approx. 40% of the time
