Right Track Supports is a growing disability support provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to people living with disability. As our organisation continues to expand, we are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team.
We are currently seeking casual staff with regular weekday availability (Monday to Friday), along with on-call support workers who are available to assist with short-notice shifts when required.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting participants to achieve their goals, maintain their independence, and engage in their community.
- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access and social participation
- Meal preparation and domestic assistance
- Medication assistance (where trained)
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Completing progress notes and documentation
- Following individual support plans and promoting participant choice
What We're Looking For
We are looking for people who are:
- Caring, respectful, and passionate about supporting others
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to participant needs
- Available to work weekdays, with additional availability highly regarded
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in Australia
