The Opportunity
As an Assistant Educator at Pakenham, you will:
- Work across multiple rooms supporting daily routines and learning
- Contribute to a play-based curriculum aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the implementation of inclusive practices for all children
- Assist Room Leaders and Teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences
About You
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- 1-2 years experience working within the Early Childhood sector
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and early learning environments
- A collaborative, adaptable, and positive approach
- Passion for building meaningful relationships with children and families
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
