Due to a growing pipeline of work, we are seeking experienced Site Engineers for multiple opportunities across Queensland, supporting the delivery of major civil infrastructure, mining, and renewable energy projects.

Mining infrastructure and non-process infrastructure works

Dam construction and dam raise projects

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Coordinating daily construction activities and subcontractors

Managing site-based engineering and project delivery requirements

Developing construction methodologies and work packs

Planning and monitoring project programs and lookahead schedules

Cost tracking, forecasting and productivity reporting





Managing QA/QC processes, ITPs and project documentation

Procurement and subcontractor management

Client, consultant and stakeholder engagement

Ensuring compliance with project safety, environmental and quality requirements

Supporting the successful delivery of earthworks, civil infrastructure, mining and renewable energy projects

What We're Looking For

Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

Previous experience as a Site Engineer within civil construction

Strong background in earthworks, infrastructure, mining or renewable energy projects

Ability to work effectively within contractor delivery teams

Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with project controls, forecasting and reporting

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Full Australian working rights

Willingness to work FIFO, DIDO or regional project rosters

Highly Regarded

Renewable energy project experience

TSF, dam construction or large-scale earthworks experience

Bulk Earthworks experience

TMR or TFNSW major infrastructure project experience

Experience working on remote or regional projects
