Priceline Pharmacy Toronto is seeking a Webster Packer/ Dispensary Tech to join our pharmacy team in Toronto, NSW. As a Webster Packer, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and packaging medication for our customers in a timely and efficient manner. This is an important role that supports the delivery of our high quality pharmaceutical services to the local community. The position includes week day and weekend work.
What you'll be doing
- Carefully assemble and package medications according to individual patient prescriptions
- Ensure all packaging is accurate, compliant with regulation, and meets our high standards of quality
- Collaborate with the Pharmacist and pharmacy team to maintain efficient workflow and processes
- Provide exceptional customers service by responding to any questions or concerns from patients
- Assist with other pharmacy duties as required
- Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, data entry and telephone support
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, preferably as a Webster Packer or Dispensary Technician but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- 3. Familiarity with Meds Pro and Fred Dispense pharmacy software and equipment
- 4. A genuine interest in pharmacy and healthcare
- Commitment to upholding patient privacy and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical and written information
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
