Who We’re Looking For:

We have an opportunity for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our successful team at our BeresfieldBranch.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming customers via phone, digital media, and in-person interactions.
- Processing transactions efficiently using our ERP system.
- Understanding customer needs and making tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
- Managing orders and preparing accurate quotations.
- Training and mentoring new employees to ensure our high standards are maintained.





About You:

You’re a friendly, proactive individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You excel in communication and have a natural talent for guiding customers through their purchasing decisions. Experience in building supplies or the construction/roofing industry is highly desirable.

Availability to work Monday to Friday, and rotating Saturday mornings is essential. Working hours are Monday and Friday 9am- 5pm and every 2nd Saturday 7:30am-12pm
