About the Role
Sharp Australia is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our national marketing strategy and play a key role in delivering our FY2026–2028 transformation.
Reporting directly to the General Manager - Sales, Marketing & Service, this newly established senior leadership position has been created to provide strategic direction and executive focus across all marketing activities. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for Sharp Australia, including brand, demand generation, channel and dealer marketing enablement, digital marketing and product launch marketing.
Working closely with Sharp Corporation's global marketing teams, you will translate Sharp's global "AI × Living & Working" vision and Smart Workplace strategy into compelling campaigns and market positioning across our expanding portfolio, including MFD/MFP, Display, AI Server, Robotics, ePoster and other emerging Smart Business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and lead Sharp Australia's national marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive brand positioning, awareness and market differentiation across priority industries.
- Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Build and strengthen dealer and channel marketing programs to support network growth.
- Partner with Product Management on go‑to‑market strategies and current product launches.
- Lead digital marketing, website, SEO/SEM, social media, content strategy and marketing automation.
- Manage trade shows, events, sponsorships and executive marketing engagement.
- Lead, coach and develop the marketing team while managing external agency relationships.
- Monitor marketing performance through KPI reporting, analytics and ROI measurement.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 10+ years' progressive marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Experience within B2B technology, office equipment, print/imaging or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across brand, digital demand generation and channel marketing.
- Experience working within a multinational organisation and collaborating with overseas parent companies or regional/global marketing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience presenting and reporting at executive level.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms and digital analytics.
- Proven people leadership and agency management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Communications.
- Experience marketing into Education, Healthcare, Government and Corporate sectors.
- Experience supporting indirect sales channels, dealer networks or agent‑led businesses.
