Key Responsibilities

As our Workshop Mechanic, you will:

- Service,maintain, and repair handheld horticultural equipment
- Maintaincommercial mowing equipment, tractors, trailers, and specialised turfmachinery
- Diagnoseand repair faults across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and fuelsystems
- Performpreventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and minimisedowntime
- Completeequipment rebuilds, component replacements, and scheduled servicing
- Carryout mobile servicing and breakdown repairs when required
- Undertakebasic welding and fabrication repairs




- Sourceand purchase parts and consumables through approved suppliers
- Maintainaccurate service records and ensure workshop housekeeping meets safetystandards

About You

You're a trade-qualified mechanic with a practical,solutions-focused approach and a passion for keeping equipment operating at itsbest.

You'll bring:

- Tradequalification as a Mechanic or equivalent
- Recentexperience servicing and repairing landscaping, horticultural,agricultural, or similar equipment
- Strongdiagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical, hydraulic, fuel,and electrical systems
- Experiencemaintaining:
- Handheldequipment including whipper snippers, chainsaws, blowers, and hedgetrimmers
- Commercialmowing equipment including ride-on, rotary, and cylinder mowers
- Tractors,trailers, and associated implements such as aerators and top dressers
- Dieselengine experience (highly regarded)
- Basicwelding and fabrication skills (desirable)
- Strongorganisational skills with the ability to manage workshop priorities andparts inventory
- Acurrent Australian driver's licence, with confidence towing andmanoeuvring trailers
- Acommitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workshop
