As our Redcliffe Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of that community in person - the face customers remember, the leader your team looks up to, and the reason people walk out feeling seen.

What you'll own

The store itself. You'll run the day-to-day - opening and closing, cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation, POS and equipment, rostering - and keep the space clean, considered and unmistakably TLC.

The customer experience. You'll set the standard for service by living it. Helping with sizing, styling and product knowledge, building genuine relationships, and creating a space that feels like a warm welcome the moment someone walks in. You'll drive sales and chase targets, but never at the cost of how people feel here.

The team. You'll train, coach, motivate and support your crew, manage rosters and shift coverage, and bring out their best through real feedback and genuine care.

The look. You'll keep displays on-brand and beautiful, present each recent collection the way it deserves, and keep the store feeling fresh, inviting and alive.

The stock. You'll manage stock levels and organization, receive and process deliveries, run accurate stock counts, and keep head office in the loop on what's selling and what you need.

The brand. You'll be The Lullaby Club in Redcliffe - knowing every collection inside out and creating a shopping experience that's warm, inclusive and community-first.
