Role Description This is a part-time, entry-level Data Analyst role based in Sydney, NSW, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines in office collaboration and work from home flexibility. The Data Analyst will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing datasets used to improve AI-driven products and internal decision-making.

Day-to-day tasks include running basic analyses, preparing visualizations and dashboards, and supporting data modeling under the guidance of more senior team members. The role also involves documenting findings, preparing clear reports, and communicating insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure data is accurate, meaningful, and aligned with business goals.

QualificationsStrong analytical skills with foundational experience in data analytics and basic statistics.



Understanding of data modeling concepts and ability to work with structured datasets. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data findings to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with common data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial. Coursework or degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred. Demonstrated attention to detail, curiosity about data, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced AI-focused environment.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating with teammates both in person and remotely.
