Role
You will be responsible for the accreditation, onboarding, and scheduling of faculty to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a energetic environment, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and has a keen eye for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and deployment of facilitators across public, online, and business programs.
- Manage faculty accreditation, records, contracts, and related systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide reporting, process documentation,
and continuous improvement initiatives for faculty operations.
- Oversee faculty-related financial activities including monitoring spend, travel, and identifying cost efficiencies.
- Build strong relationships with faculty and internal stakeholders while ensuring effective communication and support.
About You
- Proven experience in stakeholder management & program coordination within a higher education setting (University) OR professional Association (minimum 2 years).
- Proven Admin coordination experience (minimum 2 years)
- Available to commence Immediately or within 1 weeks notice
- Proven track record of event coordination, with the ability to handle logistics, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the proven ability to navigate and manage difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency with MS Office, databases, and learning/IT systems.
