About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Part time Salon Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and help keep our salon running seamlessly.

This role is 19–28 hours per week, working every Monday and Tuesday late night, with one Saturday per month required.

You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our clients while coordinating appointments, supporting our team and helping the salon run smoothly each day.

This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time hours in a supportive and professional environment.

About You

Experience

Ideally you’ll have:





- Previous reception or front-of-house experience.
- Confidence supervising or supporting junior team members.
- Hair or beauty industry experience (preferred but not essential).

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a luxury client experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage reception and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the salon.
- Support stylists by ensuring client flow runs effortlessly throughout the day.
- Guide apprentices with daily tasks and salon standards.
- Manage phone calls, emails and client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Process payments and assist with retail sales.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming salon environment.
- Communicate closely with the Salon Manager and Leadership Team.
