IRT Group in Wollongong is seeking a Program Coordinator with robust administration, coordination and Home Care experience to support the day-to-day management of referrals for ITACS and Shoalhaven Transitional Aged Care Programs (ITACS/STACS).

Reporting to the Senior Care Partner & Programs Manager, the successful applicant will ensure customers are set up accurately, services coordinated efficiently, and records kept in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
