About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You'll oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain high food standards, and help drive a positive team culture.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead and support the kitchen team.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation, even during busy weekends.
- Manage stock ordering, stock control and food costs.
- Develop seasonal specials and menus, including for private events.




- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Create staff rosters and assist with kitchen scheduling.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.
- Work closely with management to achieve business goals.

About You

- Head Chef experience is a must.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for producing quality food with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work calmly and efficently in a fast-paced environment.
