BTI Executive Search is supporting a high profile and respected organisation that offers complex and high-value real estate/infrastructure funding.

The opportunity to work with a business renowned for innovation and delivering unrivalled finance solutions across Australia is both unique and attractive.

Due to significant deal flow, the prospect to join this business in a key front office position is available.

Supporting senior financiers, you will be instrumental in providing key transaction support, from initial deal structuring through to financial close.

As a key member of the front office team, you will:

- Assist with initial deal structuring and negotiations, visiting clients where required
- Undertake detailed due diligence and financial analysis using financial models




- Prepare credit papers and support all stakeholders through to deal close
- Maintain deal integrity and data quality, ensuring risks, conditions, and reporting obligations are managed effectively.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate seeking exposure to more sophisticated and complex Real Estate and Infrastructure debt.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Experience working in Corporate/Institutional Banking or Real Estate Asset Management
- Experience conducting complex debt due diligence and writing credit papers incorporating financial models
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive and inquisitive mindset
- Prior exposure to Project Finance or a general understanding of principles would be beneficial
