About the Role

We are looking for a part time Front Desk Receptionist to join our friendly front office team.

- 8:00am - 6:00pm

- Monday to Friday only - no weekends

In this role, you will:

- Be the first and last point of contact for our patients, creating a warm and professional experience

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Manage our appointment schedule to ensure smooth, efficient days for the clinical team

- Handle daily administrative and reception duties

- Work closely with our clinical team to support the best patient experience

- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members

- Enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative team environment

- Be open to learning, development, and growth within the role

- Work as part of a front desk team led by our Practice Manager

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous reception and customer service experience (essential)

- Excellent communication skills - professional, friendly and empathetic

- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn our practice software

- Excellent organisation and time management

- The ability to multitask in a busy environment

- A high attention to detail

- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
