About Us

We are a growing custom joinery company specialising in high-end residential projects across Sydney. We design, manufacture and install premium kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, bathrooms, entertainment units, wine cellars and bespoke joinery.

About the Role

You'll begin by preparing detailed shop drawings and manufacturing documentation. As you become familiar with our systems, you'll gradually take on project management responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to manage projects from design approval through to installation.

No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical drafting and working with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate shop drawings and manufacturing documentation
- Review architectural and interior design plans
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and installers
- Assist with material ordering and project coordination
- Attend occasional site measures and site meetings
- Help manage projects through to completion
- Work closely with our factory and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout each project

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:





- 2+ years' experience drafting custom cabinetry or joinery
- Experience with Mozaik is highly regarded. Experience with Cabinet Vision, Microvellum or similar joinery or CAD software will also be considered, with training provided.
- Good understanding of cabinetry construction and manufacturing
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior design plans
- Solid attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Current Australian driver's licence
