BUMA Australia is seeking a energetic Human Resources Advisor to join our team, supporting Goonyella and Blackwater operations. The role will cover onboarding, employee relations, HRIS reporting, and maintaining HR records with regular site travel.

You will provide pragmatic HR guidance, assist with culture initiatives and workforce planning, and ensure compliance. A tertiary qualification and SAP experience are desirable; MS Office skills are essential.
