Warrina DFVSS provides support services aimed at reducing the incidence and impact of domestic and family violence on women and children.
We are seeking an experienced and values-led Operations Manager to provide dynamic operational leadership to the compliment of services at Warrina DFVSS, a non-government organisation dedicated to empowering women and children to live free of violence and abuse.
This position is part of the executive team, joining the Chief Executive Officer and the Finance & Governance Coordinator who work collaboratively with our service coordinators to ensure the delivery of services meets program specifications, along with compliance and legislative requirements. In this role you will share power, decision making and empower your staff to operationalise their strengths ensuring the operations of Warrina DFVSS is responsive, dependable and accountable to our community.
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation and the provision of high-quality services to its clients. This a valuable opportunity to join a passionate team in a well-established organisation deeply committed to our mission in supporting women to understand and recover from the effects of violence in their relationships as well as working with our community to promote respectful relationships and recognise and reject all forms of violence, including working with men to end their use of DFV.
