About the role

This isn’t your typical clinic-based position. As an Onsite Physiotherapist, you’ll work directly within workplaces, helping to prevent injuries and support employees to stay confident, capable, and safe at work.





You’ll be seen as a trusted health partner, not just a treatment provider.

What your day might look like

- Delivering early intervention physiotherapy onsite

- Building strong, genuine relationships in the workplace

- Conducting ergonomic and manual handling assessments

- Educating employees on injury prevention and healthy work habits

- Partnering with employers to improve workplace wellbeing

- Potential occasional work-from-home to support our triage service

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physiotherapy with full AHPRA registration

- At least 1 year of musculoskeletal experience, either private practice or onsite

- Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-first approach

- Full working rights in Australia

- Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
