APAC ERP Manager – D365 Finance & Operations

About the Role
We need an APAC ERP Manager to own a business-critical D365 Finance & Operations function. This is built for someone who's lived the full arc: came up through D365 F&O; on the functional or technical side, cut their teeth as a Solution Architect shaping the platform, and is now ready to lead. People. Platform. Roadmap. All of it, across APAC.
Real scope. Real influence. Not a caretaker role.

What You'll Do

- Own D365 F&O; operational excellence across corporate and legacy ERP systems in APAC.
- Build succession paths that make the ERP org stronger, not just staffed
- Build a technically outstanding, genuinely engaged engineering team
- Run team and engineering processes that actually move the needle on efficiency and quality
- Hit department goals by managing, planning, evaluating, and growing your people
- Drive programs and projects with rigour,



standard methodologies, real outcomes
- Partner tightly with IT business partners to translate requirements into delivery
- Build and own the processes and procedures that make the function run
- Push operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
Functional grounding in D365 F&O;, movement into Solution Architect where you actually shaped the platform, and now — leadership.

You bring:

- 5+ years leading engineering or applications teams at manager level or above.
- 10+ years in Microsoft D365 F&O; — functional, architecture, leadership, the whole journey
- Deep hands-on experience across Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehousing modules
- Recent experience running a team of 10–20 — engineers, BAs, sysadmins, data analysts
- A track record of driving innovation and landing recent tech, not just talking about it
- Sharp communicator, verbal and written
- Leadership style that brings people with you, not just directs them
