Your New Role

Crushing Dynamics is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities across our crushing operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring plant reliability, safety,



performance and compliance across fixed and mobile crushing and screening equipment, including crushers, screens, conveyors, loaders, excavators and other heavy plant.

You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventative and breakdown maintenance, manage shutdowns, oversee contractors and work closely with site operations to maximise uptime and operational performance.

Your Skills and Experience

- Leading, scheduling and supervising fitters, technicians and contractors.
- Experience repairing and maintaining conveyor belts, crushing, and screening systems
- Experience working with trucks and heavy earthmoving equipment highly regarded
- Planning and coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensuring all crushing and screening plant operates safely, reliably and efficiently.
- Managing breakdown response, repairs and maintenance shutdowns.
- Monitoring equipment condition, plant performance and maintenance outcomes.
- Maintaining and improving maintenance systems, records and reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental and quality requirements.
- Supporting risk management, safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Managing maintenance budgets, parts inventory and critical spares.
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
- Training, mentoring and developing maintenance employees.
- Working closely with production and site operations to optimise plant performance.
- Forklift Licence, Working at Heights, EWP, and First Aid highly regarded

Experience with quarry maintenance, projects, and plant upgrades will be highly regarded.
