About the role
We're looking for a casual Security Door & Flyscreen Assembler to join our workshop in Campbelltown.
This is a hands-on role assembling custom-made security doors and flyscreens. No previous industry experience is required—we'll provide full training for the right person. There is also the opportunity for this role to become full-time for the right candidate.
We offer flexible working hours, making this role ideal for someone looking for casual or part-time work.
What you'll be doing
Assemble security doors and flyscreens to our quality standards.
Measure, cut and fit frames, mesh, hinges, locks and other components.
Use hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high quality standards.
Pack completed products ready for dispatch.
Maintain a clean, organised and protected work area.
Work as part of a supportive team to meet daily production goals.
What we're looking for
We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude than someone with years of experience.
You'll ideally have:
A willingness to learn and take pride in your work.
Confidence using basic hand and power tools.
The ability to work accurately from measurements and instructions.
A reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Previous assembly, manufacturing or trade experience is an advantage, but not essential.
