Senior AV Service Technician Sydney, NSW | Competitive Salary + Super + Vehicle / Transport Allowance

An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Senior AV Service Technician to join a Audio Visual technology integrator supporting corporate and enterprise clients across Sydney.

This is a customer-facing, field-based role where you'll work autonomously across multiple client sites, troubleshooting, servicing and maintaining sophisticated AV and Unified Communications environments. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, building strong client relationships and working with the latest technology, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

- Diagnosing and resolving complex AV system faults
- Supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and Unified Communications technologies
- Configuring and troubleshooting Audio DSP systems
- Servicing and supporting Crestron control systems
- Working with networking technologies within AV environments




- Delivering exceptional onsite customer servicePerforming preventative maintenance across a portfolio of corporate clients

About You

- 4+ years' experience in the AV Integration industry
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Audio DSP configuration and commissioning experience
- Knowledge of Crestron control systems
- Solid networking fundamentals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current Australian Driver's License

Industry certifications such as CTS, Crestron or Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded.
