Our client is 1st -Class national plaintiff firm whose famous brand is synonymous with Personal Injury Law. It has won over $1 billion dollars of compensation over 30+ years and is the Employer of Choice for over 100+ top legal professionals across Australia.
Currently undergoing yet another GROWTH spurt in their SYDNEY practice.

As one of their valued key lawyers in NSW, reporting to the Managing Partner (an industry-leading top calibre Accredited Specialist), you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their institutional/historical abuse claims.

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files+ manage your own practice-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

ONLY IF YOU desire a mixed hybrid role, some scope to practice in 1 other non-abuse area of personal injury law (eg public liability, medical negligence) if you have relevant experience.

WHO YOU AREWe are interested in hearing from you if you:

are an admitted solicitor in NSW+ have minimum 2+ YEARS experience in personal injury law including in institutional abuse law (essential);

are hands-on (essential) and desire to have your own practice+clients;

have robust technical knowledge +drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric andresults- driven;

are ambitious+ commercially astute with a high level of emotional intelligence;

have proven ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment;
