About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Spray Painter to join a skilled and professional body shop team based in Hendra.
Working closely with the paint shop department, you will use modern equipment, processes, and technologies to deliver high-quality finishes.
This role suits a motivated team player with strong attention to detail who takes pride in their workmanship and can build positive relationships with colleagues, insurers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle spray painting to a high-quality finish
- Work collaboratively within the paint shop and broader workshop team
- Follow safe work practices and adhere to workplace health and safety standards
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to agreed timeframes
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, insurers, and customers
About You
- Relevant trade qualification with previous industry experience
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable, hardworking team player with a positive attitude
- Proven ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong work ethic; reliable and punctual
- Current driver’s licence
