What you’ll bring
- Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to grow sales and manage P&L.;
- A history of achieving KPIs and driving results through people.
- A genuine passion for customer experience and building great teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills you lead from the front.
