About the Role

As the Salon Manager / FOH Lead, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and the anchor of our studio’s daily rhythm. You will ensure every client feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

- Manage bookings, confirmations, and daily schedule flow
- Greet clients with warmth and professional presentation
- Support stylists and coordinate services throughout the day
- Oversee POS, payments, retail, and stock levels
