For the first time in 36 years we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Branch Manager to lead one of our busy branches. Managing a team of approximately 11 staff, including internal and external sales representatives and warehouse personnel, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring the branch operates safely, efficiently and profitably.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing people, and taking ownership of branch performance.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 11 employees.
- Drive branch sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Support and manage internal and external sales representatives to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Oversee all branch operations, including sales, warehouse, inventory and customer service.
- Monitor branch financial performance, margins, expenses and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Work Health & Safety requirements.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork and accountability.

About You





To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- Previous experience in a Branch Manager or senior leadership role.
- Experience within the fastener, industrial, hardware or other sales & distribution industries.
- Robust leadership and people management skills.
- A proven track record of driving sales growth and branch profitability.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- Strong commercial and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing warehouse operations and inventory.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
