Who You Are





- An experienced residential credit analyst with strong full-doc lending judgement
- You’ve held a personal residential home loan DLA for 2+ years, continuously
- You’ve worked at a lender, non-bank, or similar quick-moving credit environment
- Practical and commercial, you balance speed, data, and risk without unnecessary process
- Comfortable in a team that moves quickly and expects elite judgement
- Alt-doc, self-employed, or commercial lending exposure is a bonus, not essential
