Position
Due to continued growth, a Hairdresser position has become available within the Rouse Hill salon. This is a client-facing role delivering cutting, colouring, styling and treatment services in a structured, well-supported environment.

This role is perfect for an experienced stylist who values work-life balance, predictable hours, and genuine career development opportunities into senior, leadership or management roles.

Responsibilities will include:

- Delivering high-quality cutting, colouring, blowdrying and styling services.
- Conducting professional consultations with structured booking times.
- Maintaining strong rebooking and retail recommendations.
- Upholding professional presentation and salon standards.




- Supporting a positive and respectful team culture.
- Contributing to overall salon performance and client satisfaction.

Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Hairdresser with 3+ years' salon experience. You will take pride in your craft, value client experience, and be seeking a stable, supportive environment with clear earning pathways. An interest in progressing into senior or management roles will be highly regarded.

The key attributes of an ideal candidate would include:

- Certificate III in Hairdressing - fully qualified.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional salon environment.
- Strong cutting, colouring and blowdrying skills.
