At Flynn Group ANZ, we proudly operate leading QSR brands including Pizza Hut Australia and Wendy's ANZ. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of innovative products that delight customers, strengthen our brands and drive business performance.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you'll own the product development pipeline, taking ideas from concept through to trial, launch, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Quality, Commercial teams and suppliers, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our menu offerings across our brands.

This is a full-time role; however part time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. The successful candidate can be based in either Brisbane, QLD or Macquarie Park, NSW.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end product development, from concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation.
- Manage the product pipeline, ensuring projects align with customer needs, brand strategy, and business priorities.
- Partner with various departments and suppliers to deliver innovative, commercially successful products.
- Drive menu innovation, product improvements, trials and launches across multiple brands.
- Coordinate product trials, tastings and restaurant testing to ensure products are practical, consistent and launch-ready.
- Use customer insights, restaurant feedback, sales performance, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise product performance.
- Ensure products meet quality, food safety, compliance, and operational requirements.




- Partner closely with brand marketing teams to ensure alignment on the innovation and product / menu pipeline including sitting in brand marketing team WIPS.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in product development, innovation, or menu optimisation within QSR, foodservice, FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer and brand-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders across multiple functions without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of food products, ingredients, specifications, food safety, allergens, and product compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- A balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to turn insights into successful product outcomes.
